Chris Bond lives in south east Cornwall and works in both Devon and Cornwall. He has extensive countryside management experience through working as a Countryside Warden for South West Lakes Trust (SWLT) and with The British Trust for Conservation Volunteers (BTCV).

He has also completed an approved training scheme with the Devon Rural Skills Trust (DRST) for dry-stone walling, hedgelaying and other countryside management techniques. As well as being an practitioner for the DRST which teaches traditional skills, he has a degree in Rural Environmental Management from Duchy College in Cornwall.

Chris specialises in dry stone walling and hedge laying with addition to expertise in other land management skills such as fencing, strimming, invasive and/or non–native species removal (e.g. Rhododendron, Himalyan Balsam, Parrot feather), habitat creation/improvement, wildlife pond creation, tree planting
and chainsaw work (Lantra cross cutting and felling).
